Defence PCB Manufacturer in Bangalore
Certified. In-house. Tested on every unit. Trusted by ISRO, HAL and BEL for 43+ years.
Verified Compliance
LCSO and ISO 9001-certified PCB Manufacturer
Before a defence procurement team looks at layer count or lead time, they check whether the vendor is even qualified to bid. As a defence PCB manufacturer in India, PC Process clears that check with two credentials, not one: ISO 9001:2015 and LCSO under JSS 52302, verified by TÜV NORD and India’s Ministry of Defence qualification process, respectively.
Both certifications, with supporting documentation, are available before you commit to an RFQ.
ISO 9001:2015
Documented quality management across design file review, fabrication, inspection and final test.
LCSO/JSS 52302
Fast, reliable prototype and small-volume PCB production with strict quality control and on-time delivery for every project.

How We Build
In-House From File Review to Final Test
The PC Process runs design file review, imaging, fabrication, inspection and final test on one floor, under one set of quality controls. Nothing is subcontracted between those stages, and nothing changes hands between facilities where a record can get lost or a spec can get reinterpreted.
That matters more in defence procurement than almost anywhere else, because the vendor being audited is also the vendor holding every stage of the process, not coordinating between three.
Laser direct imaging keeps outer-layer accuracy under 25 microns without the registration drift film-based imaging introduces, and an on-site reverse osmosis wastewater plant keeps the facility itself compliant with the same seriousness applied to the boards it produces.
The company has run this way since 1983, under the same management since founding, which is less a marketing line than an operating fact: 43 years of the same process, audited the same way, by the same organisation.

Proof, Not Promises
How Every Board Gets Verifie
Step 1
AOI Inspection
Automated optical scan for trace geometry, spacing and pad alignment.
Step 2
Fly Probe Testing
Electrical continuity and isolation testing without a fixed-pin fixture.
Step 3
Impedance Measurement
Verified against the agreed test plan and customer specification.
Step 4
CMI Thickness Check
Copper and plating thickness are confirmed on every unit.
“A board that fails inspection doesn’t get a second look before shipment, it gets held,” says a member of PC Process’s quality team. “The record has to match the board, not the other way round.”
Trusted Track Record
PCB Manufacturer for HAL, BEL and ISRO
As a high-reliability PCB manufacturer in India, our boards support organisations where failure isn’t an option, including ISRO (via VSSC), HAL, BEL and BHEL, across four decades of manufacturing.

What Our Defence Clients Say
How does PC Process handle confidentiality for defence design files?
What is the minimum order quantity for defence-spec PCBs?
What is the typical lead time for a defence PCB order?
Lead time depends on layer count, copper weight and current order load. Contact us with your specification for a delivery estimate specific to your board.
Can PC Process share ISO 9001 and LCSO certification documents during RFQ?
Does PC Process manufacture boards for export-controlled defence programs?
What surface finishes are available for defence PCBs?
Can we visit the facility or request an audit before placing an order?
What documentation is provided with a defence PCB shipment?
