Verified Compliance

ISO 9001 Certified Medical Device PCB Manufacturer

When a device moves toward clinical use, the supplier audit starts at the board. Quality managers ask for the quality system, the traceability record and the inspection data before they ask about price. As a medical device PCB manufacturer in India, PC Process holds ISO 9001:2015 certification and LCSO certification under JSS 52302, the standard Indian defence programs use to qualify PCB suppliers.

Certification documents are available on request when you begin supplier qualification.

ISO 9001:2015

A documented quality management system covering design file review, imaging, manufacturing, inspection and final test.

LCSO/JSS 52302

Qualification under the Indian defence supplier standard, which reflects the documentation and process control our quality team maintains.

Where Our Boards Work

Medical Electronics PCB Applications

Medical equipment ranges from bench instruments to bedside monitors, and board requirements shift with each. These are the categories we manufacture for.

Patient Monitoring

Controlled impedance and clean signal paths for low-amplitude biosignal acquisition.

Diagnostic Imaging

Multilayer boards for dense signal processing and image data handling.

Therapeutic and Power Equipment

Heavy copper for high-current stages and thermal load.

Portable Devices

Blind and buried via construction for compact, weight-sensitive housings.

Clinical Research

Prototype and low-volume runs for validation and trials.

Laboratory Instruments

How We Manufacture

One Roof From DFM Review to Final Test

A custom medical PCB manufacturer is judged by what happens between the arrival of your files and the dispatch of your boards. Design for manufacturability review, imaging, manufacturing, inspection and final test all take place inside our Bangalore facility. No stage is outsourced, so one team holds the record for every board and any query on a lot has a single owner.

Medical programs depend on supplier records. A single-site process gives your quality team one set of records to audit.

Laser direct imaging gives outer-layer accuracy under 25 µm by removing film registration error from the imaging step, which supports fine-pitch routing on compact designs. An on-site reverse osmosis wastewater treatment plant keeps the facility in regulatory compliance.

Our engineers offer a free DFM review of your files before production begins. PC Process has operated since 1983, which gives 43+ years of process history behind every order.

Inspection Record

Every Medical Board Verified Before Dispatch

Inspection covers every unit in the lot. Four checks run on each board before it ships:

Step 1

AOI Inspection

Optical scan of trace geometry, spacing and pad registration.

Step 2

Flying Probe Testing

Electrical continuity and isolation checks run without a dedicated test fixture.

Step 3

Impedance Measurement

Results compared with the impedance values in your specification.

Step 4

CMI Thickness Check

Copper and plating thickness measured on each unit.

Track Record

PCB Manufacturer for Medical Devices India Teams Rely On

Medical equipment maker Allengers Medical Systems is a PC Process customer. Over four decades, our boards have also served ISRO (via VSSC), HAL and BEL, where board failure carries a high cost. The same process control applies to every medical order.
Which medical equipment PCB types do you manufacture?
We manufacture multilayer boards up to 24 layers, controlled impedance boards, heavy copper boards, blind and buried via boards, and boards on FR4 and Rogers substrates.

PC Process holds ISO 9001:2015 and LCSO certification under JSS 52302. If your program requires an additional certification, contact our team to discuss your requirement.

Yes. We run prototype and quick-turn builds, and the same in-house process continues through low-volume and production quantities.
Files and specifications are handled under NDA on request, with access limited to the engineers working on your order.
Layer count, copper weight and current order load set the schedule. Share your specification, and we will confirm a delivery estimate for your board.
We offer ENIG and HASL. The choice depends on pad flatness needs, shelf life and your board population requirements.
Each shipment includes inspection and test records for the AOI, impedance and thickness checks performed on that order.
Yes. Visits and audits can be arranged with our team as part of your supplier qualification.
Yes. Our engineers provide a free DFM review before production.
